Lately I’ve been trying to eat more fish and I’m wondering about sushi…after ordering takeout last night, I noticed that the crab mix was loaded with mayo. And there aren’t many veggies in sushi rolls…hmm…any thoughts on quick fish options, either takeout or at home? 1 california roll has 225 calories. My boyfriend and I make our own sushi a lot and we don't add the mayo or egg, but overall I don't think sushi is that bad for you. I LOVE salmon rolls!
