I'm still upset about the co-worker incident...taking the day off. I head to the beach for my usual walk on the Strand, but I find myself running it out of my system...something I haven't done in a long time. When I was 15, I would take off running as a way to gain control...I was my own power system with an outlet : ) I've realized that I may not be the Energizer bunny that I once was, but at least my batteries are recharged.
